Garage music is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in the UK in the early 1990s, and was massive on my dance floors. It evolved from house music and combines elements of R&B, jungle, and soul, resulting in a distinctive sound. Garage music is upbeat and great for dancing, and it played a significant role in influencing later genres like grime, dubstep, and UK funky.
