If you are preparing a list of music on Spotify, this is how you share it with me. In Spotify, first make sure the list is public. Click on the 3 dots, drop down to MAKE PUBLIC.
Then click on the 3 dots again, and drop down to SHARE > COPY LINK TO PLAYLIST
Then, send me an email, and PASTE (COMMAND V on a Mac, CTRL V on a PC) the link you have just copied in the email.
Voila!
