Originally built in 1119 as a Norman stronghold, owned by King Edward I and then the residence of Henry VIII’s first wife Catherine of Aragon, there is no shortage of history here! If you are looking for a classy and historic location to host your wedding, you just HAVE to visit this one. It has everything you need; a moat, a Maiden’s Tower, and is just an amazing location. With nearby access to Kent’s motorway network, and not far from Maidstone, it’s within easy reach of the South East.
