To help achieve this, I need a little help from you.  When you book me to provide my services for your party, I will send you a link together with login and password details to your own exclusive online music planning tool. &nbsp;You don&#8217;t have to use this, but most of my clients love this facility. &nbsp;If you don&#8217;t want to use it, you can send me your music requests by email, or links to Spotify lists you have created. I have prepared downloadable checklists for you to use <a href=\"https:\/\/dancemix.co.uk\/brianmoleweddings\/advice\/you-have-booked-me-for-your-wedding-what-happens-now\/\">which you can find here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What music info do I need from you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a wedding, ideally, I ask for the following requests in advance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a \u2018must play\u2019 list of your top 20 favourite songs to dance to &#8211; these are your evening top requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a \u2018play if possible\u2019 list of requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any guest requests of songs they love to party to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a list of special requests \u2013 1st dance, father \u2013 daughter dance, end of the night request, anniversary songs etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2026and a \u201cDON\u2019T YOU DARE\u201d list of songs which must not be played!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the services you have booked, I may also need to know about your background music selections for the drinks reception, meal, ceremony, or even the afterparty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>REALLY IMPORTANT NOTES <\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When choosing your music, please DO NOT send me links to Youtube music songs.  These are often unavailable to buy or use professionally, and I am not prepared to illegally obtain these for you. It&#8217;s not a database of my collection, it&#8217;s just an available database which I use as a base to start.&nbsp; This doesn&#8217;t mean I don&#8217;t have them. &nbsp;In any case, if I don&#8217;t have your music choices, I will simply buy them, so please don&#8217;t worry! Once you have created your lists, just share them with me instead of using this system.  <a href=\"https:\/\/dancemix.co.uk\/brianmoleweddings\/advice\/how-to-share-a-spotify-list-with-me\/\">Here is a useful guide on how you do this<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"guest-requests\">Guest requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The &#8220;GUEST REQUEST&#8221; which you may have seen is the past is just awful to use, so I have removed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I do want to know what your guests want to dance to, so this is the best way forward here&#8230;&nbsp; When you send out your invites, include a paper slip asking your guests to suggest music they would <strong><em>love to dance to<\/em><\/strong>, or music they <strong><em>promise to dance to<\/em><\/strong>.&nbsp; The wording is crucial because if instead you ask what their favourite tunes are, they will give you a load of background music!!!!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compile this list, put it through your &#8216;filter of acceptable songs&#8217; then drop me an <a href=\"https:\/\/dancemix.co.uk\/brianmoleweddings\/contact-brian\/\">email<\/a> with the final guest list 3 weeks before your party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any problem, just call me on 07941191194.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheers, Brian x<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is nothing more important for me than making your party a success.
